श्रम आयुक्त के साथ बैठक 2015/07/24 के लिए स्थगित कर दिया है। निदेशालय से दोनों संघ के नेताओं और अधिकारियों ने भाग लिया। विस्तृत परिपत्र का पालन करेंगे।Meeting with Labour Commissioner is postponed to 24.07.2015. संघ-रेग के लिए जीडीएस यूनियन की संबद्धता के बारे में स्पष्टीकरण।Clarification regarding affiliation of GDS Unions to Federations-Reg.
निदेशालय BPEF करने के लिए ट्रेड यूनियन सुविधाएं प्रदान करने के सिलसिले में संघों को जीडीएस यूनियन के जुड़ाव के बारे में एक बार फिर से स्पष्टीकरण जारी किए हैं।
डाक विभाग जीडीएस यूनियन किसी भी संघ के साथ फ़ेडरेटेड नहीं कर रहे हैं कि इस बात को दोहराया। इसलिए भारतीय जीडीएस यूनियन BPEF को संघबद्ध नहीं है। तो BPEF के लिए दी गई ट्रेड यूनियन की सुविधायें भारतीय जीडीएस यूनियन के लिए लागू नहीं कर रहे हैं।
निदेशालय द्वारा जारी किए गए पत्र में इस परिपत्र के साथ संलग्न है।
The Directorate issued clarification once again regarding affiliations of GDS Unions to Federations in connection with the grant of Trade Union Facilities to BPEF.
The Department of posts reiterated that GDS Union are not federated with any Federations. Hence Bharatiya GDS Union is not federated to BPEF. So the trade union facilities granted to BPEF are not extended to Bharatiya GDS Union.
The letter issued by the directorate is enclosed along with this circular.
